Indian Cooking Class with Veg. Market

One of the best ways to learn about the local cuisine is to learn how to cook it the way it was intended. Working with a local housewife, you will get practical experience in an authentic Indian kitchen and learn about common curry dishes and their delicious recipes.

We'll start in the neighborhood outdoor market by grabbing some fresh vegetables for our cooking class. Subsequently, we will visit our chef's home to learn how to prepare healthy, flavorful, and simple vegetarian Indian meals. You will discover the significance and practicality of spices in Indian cookery, along with their numerous health advantages.

After the session, there will be a lunch where you can eat the meals you prepared earlier and share your creations.
